Derek Whorlow - 18/09/2011 customer care has been good and overall the product seems good. the problem i have is that i keep getting an error message {windows explorer has stopped working and will close down} this often happens when opening the documents file and also some add on internet sites. Have you had any reports of this with any other users of this laptop?
***Indi @ KSN: Issue was resolved via a telephone support session, and the issue was corrected via a built-in Asus system recovery procedure using the F9 key during boot up.***
