Q. What is the Cash Back Scheme from KSN?
A. Well basically its a very simple way for us to offer even more aggressive pricing, generally speaking it costs most retailers a lot less in overheads to process a Debit Card Transaction than a Credit Card one. What we are aiming to do is offer our online customers an incentive to use their debit card. It saves us money & we are passing our saving straight on to you by providing you 1% Cash Back for any order you place over £200 with a Debit Card.
Q. How much Cash Back will you provide me?
A. Simple. 1% of your total debit card transaction. E.g. A purchase of £750.00 on a Debit Card qualifies you for £7.50.
Q. Do you charge more for paying with Debit or Credit cards?
A. For all orders online WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY SURCHARGES FOR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. The Cash Back scheme is a rebate for Debit Card payments only.
Q. How does the Cash Back Scheme work?
A. Really simple, place your order in the normal way on the website when completing checkout choose to pay via SagePay then use a UK Debit Card to complete order. Every week our accounts department will run a report to determine all eligible orders, we will then contact you via the order registered email address or via telephone to inform you that you have qualified.
Q. Will my order qualify?
A. To qualify you must meet the following simple criteria:
1. Be a UK registered resident.
2. Order online & complete payment via SagePay using a UK issued Debit Card.
3. Each transaction must be over £200 to qualify, this can include vat and delivery.
Note: Certain Commercial Debit Cards may not qualify for this scheme due to processing differences with our merchant provider. Please check with us first.
Q. How long will KSN take to pay my Cash Back?
A. We will run our report every weekend showing us all our orders over £200 using debit cards only. From this point it will take us 7-10 working days prepare your cash back rebate.
Q. How will you pay me?
A. Credit Note, for you to spend on your next purchase with us.
Q. Why do Credit Cards Not Apply?
A. There is a lot more overhead passed to us from our merchant provider to process a Credit Card Transaction, therefore we cannot offer this scheme to orders with Credit Card payments.
