I ordered 2 of these for my grand-daughters for christmas, they arrived promptly one unfortunately had a dodgy adaptor so I contacted KSN and they sent a replacement within 2 days. excellant customer service. I was highly impressed with the extra video and photo functions as well as the normal mp3 player. you could spend more on an mp3 player and not have these extra functions. all in all this is a great product and a bargain at the price, well worth the money. |
