KSN offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom, we use a combination of delivery services & couriers to ensure we offer a reliable and consistent service to our customers ordering online.
KSN now operates very closely with our suppliers & we receive updates to stock levels & pricing daily, thus ensuring we keep our pricing as competitive as possible.
As we dispatch from multiple locations orders are subject to one additional working day for processing, this gives us ample time to pick, pack & arrange delivery to you.
e.g. if you place an order & choose Royal Mail (RM) Recorded 1st class (which is a 1-3 working day service) we ask that you allow 2-4 days for it to arrive before contacting KSN customer services.
Customers can be sure to receive order confirmation emails after placing an order to confirm the goods ordered. A further email is also sent once goods are dispatched, tracking reference(s) will be provided if applicable.
All delivery charges are based upon weight. The checkout system will automatically make delivery selection easier by only showing services compatible with your basket total.

In some instances your order may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will keep our customers informed as soon as possible of any issues that may arise.
We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit, it is the customerís responsibility to choose a delivery service offering adequate compensation, but will do everything in our ability to help if this should ever occur.
Items damaged in during delivery
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report
it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt,
it's compulsary to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly & mention this to
the courier. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with
all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our offices, we'll
issue a replacement or refund for value of the goods returned. In this circumstance and for a genuine claim, KSN will reimburse the return postal cost or the original postage premium paid, whichever is the lesser amount.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14
days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original
packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have
verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or refund for the value of the

Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than
14 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty
period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers
provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for
your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault
quickly. For all customers all warranty repairs after 14 days of receipt are
referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).
Certain manufacturers will defer the client back to the reseller, KSN. In this case KSN will gladly support warranty claim, however the customer will be liable for any return postal costs incurred for arranging the repair/replacement goods with the manufacturer.
Certain items are excluded and/or have further restrictions from our return policies such as Software titles and digital media products as once they have been opened and the software activation code/key exposed we are no longer by law required to offer a refund policy on such products. We recommend leaving software products sealed if you wish to return them after purchasing.
Refurbished & Clearance
Refurbished & clearance product lines are sold with 90
calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after
90 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Incorrectly ordered & unwanted items
If you incorrectly ordered something or simply changed your
mind after receiving the goods, we will be happy to accept return of the goods.
However a strict 15% restocking & administration fee will be deducted from
refund value. Goods returned will be at the customerís expense & KSN do not
refund postage or delivery costs in any circumstance.
How to return
You are required to contact KSN as quickly as possible for
any queries regarding returns & warranties. We will assess the situation
& if your claim is valid a RMA number will be issued via email to you &
instructions on how & where to return your goods to. Returns are not
accepted if a RMA has not been issued first.
