Flawless service, KSN may not yet be the most recognizable of online retailers, but this item was and still is ~£40 cheaper than EVERY competitor (~£260 vs ~£300). The service i received from both Indi (by telephone) and Sunny (by email) was outstanding.
To briefly summarize; It was my first time using KSN, and it certainly won't be my last, i recommend everyone add this name to their list for online price checks in future. |

Just leaving a quick thanks for the oustanding service.
My son had been after this screen for ages, and he found this website, we were suprised to see that KSN had stock as every major retailer was showing out of stock or was showing prices far beyond the average rate.
After a quick email to KSN, to question the stock accuracy & how they were managing to offer this bundled version for less than other retailers where selling the standard unit!! A prompt reply assured me there stock was correct on the website & they were the first to have the Zowie version in the UK.
No pursuading needed my son was egging me to place a order before they sold out, we did, and despite choosing the standard delivery that qouted 3 days delivered, we had our order the very next morning.
For under £300 delivered I could not complain at the service provided, I will be using this site in the future when our family pc needs a upgrade.
As for the screen, well my son never leaves his room, as he is glued to his pc, and I am the No.1 Dad in the world apparently since I brought him this screen!!!! |
